Refund & Returns Policy

FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA & CANADA:

You have 7 days to initiate the return or refund of your item(s) after product delivery. Beyond 7 days no return or refund will be accepted.

PS: Both available and pre-order items are refundable.

Refund/ return not accepted if any modifications were required from your part.

To initiate a return, please email us at online@gemymaalouf.com with order number.

Returned items should be shipped back with either DHL, UPS or Fedex ONLY at customer expenses (shipping fees + import taxes), should be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and might take up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Please note that a fee of 4.5% (payment gateway commission) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We'll arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item.

Sale items over 50% are final sale.

Bridal Dresses: all bridal dresses are final sale.

Black Friday purchases are final sale, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

P.S: we do not accept any return on candles, nor on modified and/ or customized items. 

If a transaction error occurs while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customer can cancel his/her order within 24 hours from order. Please note that a fee of 4.5% (payment gateway commission) will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds will be executed to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. 

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our policy. We will work with you in every way possible if your outfit choice did not work out. We will undoubtedly help you find an alternative outfit, and continue until you have the perfect one. Pre-order sizes: No refunds on pre-orders, we offer (one time) exchange or store credit. 

To initiate a return, please email us at online@gemymaalouf.com with order number and details of the product. We will provide via email, the address to which the product must be returned.

Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be fully examined and refund or store credit amount will be shared with you.
